Her shift into data-informed business analysis sharpened her ability to build high-impact talent strategies. In 2017, she founded MindPower HR Solutions in Pune, delivering precision-led recruitment that reduced attrition and enabled scalable, performance-driven teams. That evolution became TechHive Global Consulting—a trusted partner to GCCs, product companies, and high-growth enterprises across the US, UK, Singapore, UAE, and India.
